To coldspot, -- post # 270490 This model has the filter screen on the bottom. We removed the 2 screws from it but did not see any rubber stopper. Besides, the pump does not seem to be running, wich may be the problem. Thank you for your suggestion.

To pdub --post #270481 We checked the connection to the garbage disposal, as you suggested, and it was not clogged. It looks like the problem is with the pump, that does not seem to be running. I think we will call the repair man. But thank you very much for your interest.
