What are your earliest and favorite appliance memories?
I have been fascinated with washing machines since I was 5. As a young teenager in the 1960's I used to hang around a Dept Store in Sydney called David Jones. They had about 15 washing machines plumbed in ready to be demonstrated. It included Simpson,Malleys Whirlpool, Frigidaire, Kelvinator, Hoover, Easy, Wilkins Servis, Turner, Pope.
What is the history of appliances you have owned?
I have owned a Hoover Front loader in late 70's, Hitachi Top Loader, Bendix Front Loader, Miele Front Loader X 2
