I dont know how much truth in this is..but my exsister-in-law came from Atlanta to visit family here in Arkansas. She always purchase an ungodly amount of Fab detergent...she claimed they could'nt buy it in Georgia because the state EPA said it had too much phospherous. I wonder if maybe that's...
