Months ago, I went to sign in to the new aw.org certain that my transition would be as smooth as most everyone else's. Alas, I was challenged with an "incorrect password" error. I tried to reset my password, but was told that no account existed under the email addy I signed up with back in 2015.
Alan was unable to find any sign of me after looking three different ways. He finally said, "why don't you just make another account?"
And, here I am: back with a new-in-box from the factory account that smells of unused rubber seals and plastic agitator...but the same old seedub/rchrisss/gadgetmad you have known for over 20 years.
