How do you ??? get the top off ?????? There seems to be a , I assume, pressure switch ?? on the bottom to tell when the machine is full ??? It leaks around that, so I think I need to pull the inner tub to patch around this. Probably easier to "goop"/silicone seal around it on the bottom ........

Plugged in, filled fine, agitated fine, spun fine and then just stopped spinning but motor stayed running/humming. Tried on/off several times in all timer positions and machine just hums, yet you can tell the motor is turning by the sound it seems to make when you shut it off. I tried looking at...

more powerful motor ??? 1/3 hp motor ??? are they going "back" to stronger motors ? its been a few years since I have seen that strong a motor in a DW, years ago, I thought they all had at least that and the old "hobart" made KA's had a 1/2hp motor.

thanks more and again :) house was built in '23. House to the left is identical floor plan (rooms on "opposite" sides) slightly different architecture on porch. Her house has aluminum siding (uuuggghhh), no offense, just not my thing. I like real wood, even with the work that goes with it...

finally, ... beadboard inside has two coats of clear marine varnish and floor has mahogany stain .......... exterior in a silvery green ......

new... exterior cedar clapboards .......... damn, cedar is expensive, OUCH ..........

carpenter ants ... this will all have to be torn out and rebuilt ...

Hi everyone, well after MUCH time, effort, work, etc. and A LOT of $$$$$$$$$$ my front porch is rebuilt and the front of the house is repainted .......... that has been my project all summer and why I have not been "here" at all.
