It looks like the Cabrio and Kitchenaid set are no longer available. I am now considering a Maytag set but am curious if this is too new to be a dependable care, can anyone help? Thank you!

The Cabrio washer has an agitator and I love the windows on both the washer and dryer, it's going to be a tough choice.

Since moving to a house that has a gas connection I have been in the market for a new set, needless to say I have found two sets that I am considering and would love your thoughts. It's either this Whirlpool Cabrio set

and I would prefer a gas dryer so I want to take all of the options on my current electric dryer and put them onto the gas one.

Mechanical Timer Yes it is a mechanical timer with Rapid Advance, I do not think I have ever used the time dry function on it, I have always used the automatic selection. Thanks, jimmyb
