Well to me, a cheapening of could have happened during the time plastic handles replaced the metal ones, and the machines were no longer offered with independent speed selections or even separate wash and rinse temperatures...       -- Dave

Well, here, I added the parts for my coffee grinder and reconfigured everything so the pepto bismol pink mix which was a cherry pancake mix would be perfectly washed out of that mixing bowl... And everything without any prerinsing came out exceptionally well, otherthan only needing to get rid...

Well I tried hard to find a place for my long over-due exception that if you prewash and/or prerinse your dishes, flatware, drinkware or any other utensils, they might as well not go in your dishwasher...   And that is my brewing parts that go in my coffee pot, when my ground coffee beans...

My dad worked there I think in small appliances and took in big enough to support a family of four... I'm sure the way our Bradford washer was replaced with a BOL Maytag that there must have been a lot of belts and other things replaced there, followed by the rest of the Grant's appliances...

Well my gas dryer came from Lowe's and wasn't really delivered in a Lowe's truck or by either of the two delivery guys in Lowe's uniforms... The old dryer had a copper gas line that they refused to remove and supplied me with this heavy yellow metal apgas fitting instead... Nope, they weren't...

A lot of automotive dashboards used the drum design... I even saw a drum design time display on a digital clock on an I love Lucy TV show... Wonder why the design wasn't more widely used... I loved our range that had one and a few other ranges with a digital clock I'd seen also had them...
