I think for the most part yes. I've only used Normal for the most part and bulky/large for comforters and turbowash appears to work fine on that.

Better yet, you don't even need a 2018 speed queen if you have a laundry tub. Simply fill it up with water, load clothes and detergent and push the clothes around weakly by hand.
