Two ovens. Back in the 50’s most wall ovens were only available as single units. Many manufacturers built a basic unit with no frills as a companion oven. Your bottom oven has just the thermostat dial. GE and Westinghouse both showed a basic oven as a second unit in their advertising.

Not a GM The side edges of the top are higher than the front edge and there is no crease in the middle of the front panel. I don't see any screws on the bottom of the front panel either. I say WCI.
