Hello Rob,
I too have used U-Ship, and was very pleased
with the cost, the driver, and the care he excercised
in bringing my things to me, from MN to NJ.
Good Luck. I'm sure you will find a way to move
your dryer, that you will be happy with.

I HAVE A WINDSOR....LIGHT KNOTTY PINE CABINET.......
with the Optional FM tuner, as well. It is mounted under
the AM radio.
This thing is a Powerhouse, and has Great Sound.
I'm going to use it in my Western Room.
The old consoles are so Much fun.
Happy Holidays All.
NICE COLLECTION JUSTIN........
I have a Black Magnavox console very similar to the first set
you pictured. They all take TLC, but a good number of sets
can be repaired or brought back from a non-working state.
All the TV's you have are cool.
Looking forward to getting mine all back in place...
I THINK IT IS COOL....
I definitely want a Sink / D.W. combo for my
Summer Kitchen, in the basement, when I get
to it. I would consider this, but the budget
won't allow at this point / UGGH :(
Hopefully when it's right / I will get one.
THANKS LAWRENCE & HANS.......
I have started calling other parts places, but have
had no luck yet, Lawrence. Thanks for your help :)
Thanks Hans. I will drop a line to John.
Take care Guys :)
My Sears Classic Range ( Looks like a Visualite or Flair).
It's a gas range. There is a rod that runs along side the gas valves for the burners. It locks the 2 back burners when the draw is pushed in, and only lets the 2 front burners work.
The rod also contacts a micro switch whenever one...
THIS IS A TOUGH ONE...
Trying to find one of these washers.
Yes Paul, I understand. I'm only asking for 1 from the Universe / LOL.
Hello Delaney. I would like it to work, but as long
as it's a fixable piece, and not a Totalled Unit, I
would def still be interested.
Do you Know something...
THE UNICORN.......UGGH,
All I want is ONE Turquoise Maytag Washer of this vintage.
I have the Dryer DG701. Why are they always SO far away, and
a bit cost prohibitive.
HELP...I really just want a Late 50's or early 60's
Turquoise Maytag Washer.
Thanks for letting me vent / LOL.
Best...
HELLO ROBERT,
You sure are GOOD at rooting these appliances out.
I'm looking for a Maytag Early 60's A700 / 701 Turquoise
washer. I have the Dryer.
The closer to NJ the better. I would rather be able to
pick it up than have to pay shipping. Got so much else
going on to get settled in the...
CONGRATS CHRIS.......
I just got the same one, last year. It came from MN, and was delivered straight into my storage unit in Jersey.
I just got my house last year, and just 3 weeks ago, finally got all the "larger" items, mostly appliances to the house now.
This is a fun project that will...
THANK YOU FOR THE ADVICE......
John & Laundress,
Yes the 80's Technology is much improved over the 1st Generation,
however in keeping with my decor, the 1st Gen would be a much
better fit. And, seeing as how I've never had a microwave and
would use it infrequently, if I did, the 1st Gen would...
THANK YOU ALL, FOR YOUR INFO & ADVICE....
Yes, its a shame that the Craigslist sellers mentality has
pervaded the EBAY sellers mentality. These gameplayers, or
seller wannabe's, are so frustrating. I've just really wanted
one of these RR's, since a contemporary one will not go with my...
I TRIED TO PURCHASE #3 -- THE RR-4....
on EBAY, when first listed. It had a Best Offer, and she would only take
$10 less than the asking price. Not too good of a "Best" to me.
Shipping was listed at $64. I really want this RR, but I have a budget, so I cant' go crazy.
She let the listing...
I JUST PICKED UP THE SEARS CLASSIC "VISUALITE"....
Thanks for posting these Ken. I went to Chicopee, MA on Sat.,
with a friend, and I picked up the Sears Classic Range.
It's in good shape, and all there.
Good thing I got it before I layed out the kitchen. Now I
can set it up differently...
