My whirlpool calypso is spinning as its trying to nutate. Is there a tub brake on these? Any suggestions as to where to start?

Thanks Thanks for the info ... I bought a new capacitor last week and it did not make a difference ... then, as I dug deeper, I found what looks like a second capacitor on the machine. I am going to try to swap that one out and see if it helps ... I just wasn't sure if i was possible to have 2...
