Hi all,
I managed to snag a free Zenith SE-2795W 27" TV form 1989, it is a "System 3 Digital" Monitor/Receiver. It was dead when I plugged it in.
I found the problem is a cooked power transformer on the switching power supply board. So i am looking for a replacement 9-604-03 module. I want to...
Muntz
Muntz sets where very interesting, the story was told to me by someone at the ETF convention this year, apparently "Madman Muntz" took a standard RCA 630 style chassis and started removing tubes, if the set stopped working he would put that last tube back in and then continue. They where...

I was wondering if anyone else her collects vintage computers?
I just got my Apple IIgs system back on line, and my Commodore 128. Planing to get a few more on ASAP.
Great find Robert, those old Zeniths are very classy sets. If you want to see a very nice collection of vintage sets go to, www.earlytelevision.org and watching "Live from 69, the moon landing" tonight at 8:30 on the history channel would be very appropriate.

IBM used to have lots of Maytag(I think) DW in their keyboard repair department. They would come out all nice and clean, and after washing about 80% of the dead ones worked again.
At least that is what I was once told.
