I still use one I have a Brabantia wall mounted four side washing line that I fitted to the chimney on my flat roof.That way, the washing isn't dangling in my postage stamp size London garden but is blowing merrily on the second floor!

Update I rang P&G this morning..apparently, they are no longer making the big boxes of Ariel colour as they don't sell well...they will, for the time being make the 22 wash box, but not the 40 wash!

After a lifetime of using Persil,after the powergems fiasco, I tried Daz and then Ariel and found both ARIEL and Ariel colour powders really good not that nasty stench of a few years ago! Asda sold a 40 wash box of Ariel colour, which I stocked up on, but they haven't had any for weeks...

I can't say I will buy it again...I did another wash tonight and again, no smell when the washing came out...very odd!

I tried the Daz tonight on some light colours...it had a great fragrance when I opened the box..subtle rose smell.. I didn't add any conditioner, very sudsey on the wash! When I removed washing, there was no smell at all...

daz ultra white No, it doesn't produce excess suds..about the same as persil bio..i can't fault the cleaning..its just the stale, ariel type smell when the clothes dry..you can't knock Persil for that...clothes always smell fresh when dried

ok folks..been washing all week in Daz ultra white...cleaning results excellent and rinses clear...but the smell is a bit Arielfied....going to go back to my big box Persil bio me thinks...if it ain't broke, don't fix it...
