I have a friend who has a Matag DWU (sorry didn't have anything to write the rest of the model) that does not get water to the upper rack. Pump is working to feed the bottom and top arms. Also the door to the detergent dispensor does not open as it should. I'd like to help him fix it. Ideas...

Kenmore My Dad purchased a Kenmore dryer for my Mom in the summer of 1967 because he hated the thought of putting up a clothesline. He paid $99.00 for it and as of 2015 it is still being used. Only 1 repair ever.   Joe jamman_98
