easy won't drain I have a classic easy (lever clutch handles and chrome racing stripes). Cannot get the thing to drain - pump/belt are spinning freely. Anyone have any ideas?

The machine does have the 2 faucets on top. I turned the machine over and I can get the belt to the pump to rotate OK. Maybe it's the switch to the pump? I don't see where I can add oil to the pump. I don't have a camera at present so there's no way to post any pictures.
