Speed Queen Top-Loader Timborow, I think you would be better off just buying a new Speed Queen top-loader-it is the last of the old-school washers-long, slow agitator strokes, the best warranty and customer service, and metal parts-not like these newfangled HE top-loaders, and plastic washers...

it wasn't transmission grease We found out it wasn't transmission grease or detergent stain, it was either WD-40 or food grease stain on an article of clothing-and I've run it since, not a trace of transmission grease ANYWHERE in the washer or clothes!
