Hi Scott It's a Canasta cake, (aka Pain in the ass-ta cake)! Three layers, it's a VERY rich fudge chocolate, and the Canasta icing is real fluffy, it sorta has a hint of salt to it. I know it sounds weird but, the two blend very well together.
