Angelina ... First off, let's make sure the wringer post/drive from the transmission is working. Take the whole wringer head off the machine by lifting straight up and set it down somewhere safe. Plug machine in and you should see the drive rod in the wringer post turning; if it's not turning...

Nope ... doesn't look new to me. I get February 1979 as the date. It has the dreaded safety pedal. Looks like the pedal hose and bulb were replaced. The originals were a gray hose and a gray pedal and by now, the safety pedal would have disintegrated. Nice machine; wonder what it looks...
