    Nice find - good to see them still out there in the wild.  I've found a couple of these faceted models over the years, one of the prettiest of the Universal pots.   Can you post a pic of the bottom of your pot?  Not sure what would be loose, but perhaps we can compare them and figure it...

    A good era for Whirlpool style.  Chrome, angled panel with strong horizontal lines.  Lots of sparkle for the money.   I brought home a WP washer and WH dryer set this last spring.  Have done little with the washer but have spent a day or so working on the dryer.  It's a (s)low-airflow...

    Literature also has a 70(?) KM washer.  I liked the dark baskets on the lower end models.

  I've been with Amanda 6000, a few times, she lived with friends, early 90's.   They had a whole kitchen-full of almond Amandas.

    Good use of the top rack, those side rails are a bit dangerous for smaller items.  This baby looks mint, nice find.

This was fun -     Thanks for the FB scouring, that took some time.     Iowa is coughing up some goodies, two in Newton.  That A102 in Vegas is a cutie, always liked the BOL Highlander.   

    It's been a while since I've bought the Tide powder from Costco, certainly a good deal and it's about the only place we can find powdered detergent now.  I'll have to look next time I'm there but I've not seen the Kirkland powder for a while.  Perhaps it's selling out quickly or just not...

    I've bought a couple of these over the years for my mother, a prolific quilter of 30 years.  A few of her friends had them and she wanted to give one a try.  The first one she bought from a friend 20 years ago, had it serviced at the Singer shop and it worked OK.  It was in minty, like-new...

    Leon, that is excellent work.  Congrats on getting this Maytag worthy of "daily-driver" status.  The stainless bowl and new agitator really steal the show, at least for us over here.  It's interesting to see that fixed-vane agitator and how it moves the wash.   Well done, thanks for sharing!
