Still trying to figure out the CZ code in the serial#. Does anyone have an older GE date code list? I have the newer one, but it does'nt seem to work with what I have.

I also am looking for the racks for it (the dum-dum that sold me the range used them for his campfire!)Sheesh! When I try to look them up on the appliance parts website, I get an "incorrect model# error" Most likely because the thing is so darn old I suppose.. Will ones work off a newer P7?

I still have the White 1971 GE washer with lighted console for sale if anyone is interested. Also have an Avocado 1975 GE coin-op washer I will include in the deal. Both work, the '71 is near mint with no issues, the '75 is well used and leaks trans oil. Both for $100

Since purchasing the '68 Kenmore 800 and the '75 GE Commercial washers, I have no more room left in my tiny house! So, I have decided to sell this and the '56 Frigidaire Range. If you are looking for a clean, seldom used, original GE, then this is it! It was made in March, 1971. No mini basket...

Hmm.. So if I go back 12 years from 1980 on the list and start the codes over, My code of MV would be July 1975 for the Commercial washer. Think this might be plausible?

Does anyone have any information as far as deciphering the ge washer/dryer date codes? It would be nice help for our club members to have some sort of age guide to go by when appliance hunting!
