Just to close off on this thread, I have received an answer today from a forum member advising that my Model 90 was manufactured in October of 1928. Many thanks to that member for their help, it's much appreciated. -

I have looked at the serial number again Christina and it is 412924H, photo attached of the aluminum tub crown. When I searched the Maytag Collectors website, the serial number appears to be a valid one for machines built between the period of Sept 1927 and Jan 1930. I am wondering whether... -
