    I used to work at McDonalds McCafe. We managed to keep our utensils clean without that much water. Every hour on the hour passed through commercial dishwasher & sterilised. After every use flushed under boiling water.

    We have the AquaSmart. I prefer it to WaterAid for the bigger drum space as we often wash doonas and the like. We have had some minor problems with lint but that is usually because SOMEONE (points finger at other household member) doesnt load it properly and uses too little detergent...
