So I was moving my 1950 Frigidaire into storage and there was a casualty. One broken knob... It broke into 1,000 pieces. I realize the chances are slim, but does anyone out there have 1 (or several) I could buy? Or know a good source? It's a rear knob, but I'll take what I can get. Thanks.

Hi all, So I took the motor out of my 1955 D&M Kenmore dishwasher that was burned accidentally due to a leak a few months ago. Sadly the only electric motor repair in the area refuses to fix it because it's too old. Anyone know of a good motor repair or have a replacement lying around? Thanks!

Great idea Jerry! I tried to make it like that with my daydream post... but I think you worded yours better. I think my main focus will be the Westinghouse L-1000, the KDS-14 series, and a 50s/early 60s Tappan (or rebadged) microwave. Time to cut down on the list some.
