I've seen people in laundomats stuffing as much as they could into washers, likely thinking it'll save them money for not using a 2nd machine. - typical abuse. They're uneducated in proper loading techniques. SpeedQueen knew this, that's why their machines held up better.

Land Surveyor's are used for things like that. Now with laser beam equipment. As for drywall, proper tools are the key. Hole Saws, etc.

We'd need another view of that pump, different angles. Centrifical pumps draw in fluid at the center of the impeller by suction. Then the impeller blades spins the fluid outwards, out of the chamber towards the side exits.

I would tend to think that any locations of the underground utility services were determined at the original locations via measurements from the home's exterior walls. Confirmation of those measurements would be clear after the move. To me that makes sense, and common sense. But what do I know?
