TR Problems Only problem I had was a bad lid switch (TR5 v2) which was replaced with the revised (beefed up) part. Sure sounds like something is rubbing on yours. Some of the people on here are repairmen and perhaps they will chime in. Get a repairmen out there to make it right under warranty.

Good Agitator Washer Excellent ! I get similar results from my 05 Kenmore Direct Drive. It can wash the hell out of clothes and get it done fast. The amount of clothes loaded and the water level is important though. I bet your wash had a lot of turnover and a lot of turbulence in the water.
