    i have a 1962 tube portable set with that same tt. amp portable needs rebuilding eventhought it still plays. sometimes i get a tiny zap when touch the connector for cartridge or the hardware around it including the screw on headshell or the amp casing. only new thing i did to it as of right now...

    canadian models i see other collaro changer like that with the rca logo and one time on ebay i saw a 1960's rca stereo console with a garrard changer and this unit was located in canada.

    plastic lock-down latches the plastic lock-down latches came out in 1969 because i have a 1969 player with one. btw the console is badass and has the same changer in my 1967 magnavox full dimension stereo portable record player.

    oh yeah! the unit was replaced in 1999 with a bryant hi-effeciency unit. heating unit was replaced in 1986 ( the year i was born ) with a rheem hi-effeciency downflow unit. the rheem furnace is still in the house up to this day. i'll post a photo of heating unit soon.
