I do like unprocessed meat. In the past, a good friend's father-in-law raised beef. In the pasture type, they were then put up in the barn about 30 days before slaughter and fed corn. When I was at a friend's house and that beef was on the dinner plate, that was some prime eating.

The chicken burgers with honey mustard sound like a good combination. I do use honey mustard when I have chicken fingers.

I too miss the days of deep frying, but there's only so much my heart can take! Really though, you're right. There should still be deep frying instructions on products. I also don't care for the residual oil smell that permeates the house the next few days. The ventilation in my place is weird...

I do. Quite a bit. I'll grab pics next time. Do you pretreat the fries? Biggest issue I've had is soft fries. I have an airfryer that helps considerably, but still, they can be mushy at times.
