I have discovered another vacuum pot that does sort of interest me. Does anyone know anything about this particular model from General Electric, such as years made, reliability, what type of filter would one need, would a glass rod filter work on this model?

I am now the proud owner of a Yama vacuum pot! Many thanks to Eddie who helped me in my search! I should have it in a few days and I am looking forward to trying it out. I will report back on my progress!

Ed, Hello Eddie!! I will take a look at the Yama. It is good to know that a Cory glass rod can be used with it. Are there different size rods? I've trimmed the beard back for summer but I do plan on growing it back out.

Eddie!!! Hello, there!! I happened on this quite by accident. I rarely look on Facebook Marketplace but I will from now on! I may find more bargains!

I got this today from a very nice lady who posted it on Facebook Marketplace. She only wanted $10.00 for it! I love the Candle Glow pattern as well. I don't recall seeing any of these with the warmer.

Once I had Orange Julius and once was enough for me. I thought I was going to puke. I hate Creamsicles and I had no idea they were the same thing, only in frozen, chewable form. I really thought I would like it since I love oranges, orange sherbet, etc, but I was unpleasantly surprised.

The coffee was really good! Nice and hot, and it was really smooth. The percolator perked a little longer than most. The wattage is listed at 490 so that is probably why but I am 100% pleased with the results.

I love it! The percolator heated up really fast and perked away to its heart's content. I have it all ready for in the morning and I can't wait to taste that coffee!

I do believe it does have the CSA stamp on the bottom by looking at the pictures. It has been delivered and I will open it when I get home. Of course I will most definitely run it through a perk cycle just for funsies!!!
