Rumor has it. That the new belt drive Kenmore washer with the triple action agitator I'm the purty blue has a base as big as this kitchen aid one. I've yet to see one though.

@ Washdaddy This agitator is much better at cleaning on a slower speed, and can turn larger loads over much more effortlessly than the standard can do on high speed much less on low. And its the glare from the flash, I don't use liquid fabric softener in my machine, its the devil, lol....

The Kitchenmore Is a great little machine indeed and with this bigger agitator it really turns the load over, even on ex slow speed, I have tried it on fast speed with only water, and as yogi said, a freakin tidal wave, I was like yay!! Lol, sorry had a child moment. I raised the level in mine...

Hey y'all, so I acquired this kenmore 80 series dd washer, and I didn't like the crappy triple action agi in her, so I swapped it out with a KitchenAid turquoise agitator, the big boy, as this kenmore is a 3 speed, I keep the setting on slow agitation, and it's just like having a KitchenAid...

OMG!!! Thanks so much yogi, you were an amazing help, I took the extension and it came right off, poped the green one on, tightened the bolt and it was done. I can't tell you how I stressed cause I had never seen a set up like that In an agitator.
