3000 watts in a home DW! That's some real heating power. The Hobart I posted has a 10 KW 240/60/1 wash tank heater and a 13 KW 240/60/3 Booster that can boost 110F water to 180F in 60 seconds. Commercial dish machines use an incredible amount of heat but it is needed for sanitization. WK78

Overbuilt dryers: I Worked with some Cissel 120# dryers that were way overbuilt. While these machines were very well made and worked well they were no better and less reliable than the Huebsch/SQ dryers that were less complicated and easier to keep running. WK78

My 1986 set (In Storage) Had the PCB board go bad on the dryer, according to the guy I bought it from. If you can find a replacement board it should work fine. WK78

This is a real MT DW It was their tall tub design. The load capacity and performance of these machines was quite good. If not for reliability issues they could have been one of the best TT designs ever. WK78
