Steve:
No they did not. They talked about them as separate pieces. I also looked up the part number in the parts manual online and there was nothing there.

So the Hobart AM-14 Dish Machine at my friends restaurant went down recently. We called Hobart and they sent out a Tech. He determined that the motor was dead and there were none available(This is the later revision of the AM-14 with the GE built motor). His Service Manager confirmed this.
We...
Gas is the only way to go:
NEVER put in an electric WH unless there is no other option. They are much slower and more expensive to use. Heat pump WH would be the best bet if you had to go electric.
Since you have a gas WH now it just makes sense to install another gas WH.
A Rheem 50 gallon...
Parts restrictions:
In recent years have had to deal with such nonsense from the local Hobart office. For a time they closed their will call parts desk so anything you needed required shipping. Their excuse was that technicians from other companies were getting parts and going to repair their...
Another reason it is smart to use the Sani option.
Commercial Dish machines are REQUIRED to sanitize all loads and for good reason. It would only make sense that if your dishwasher is capable of doing this it should be set to.

Sanitize option:
I always use it on my 2001 Whirlpool Powerclean DW. This Guarantees a 140f(60c) wash and 155f(68c) final rinse on any cycle it is available on. If Heavy or Pots and Pans is selected the prewash is also 140f. While my machine does not have a manual filter (it has a self cleaning...
They both leak:
How does a vented dryer leak, it does not hold water? Nor does a washer that is not hooked up usually. Unless they were flooded that has to be coming from outside the building or they have a plumbing problem.

@mrboilwash
What you say is true. I cannot tell you how many towels and sheets I had come through my laundry that were disgusting with human waste or other foul substances. Normally the SQ washer-extractor could get them clean but some needed a chlorine soak before washing. Most stains I...
Was just at the AmericInn in Duluth MN.
The sheets and towels were done perfectly. They had Continental machines and P&G chemicals. They do use hot water.
When I worked in the laundry at the Fairfield Inn we washed everything in 140F water with very strong Ecolab chemicals in our SQ...
WP EC washer:
Wow! I never knew that washer existed. Very cool machine and definitely TOL. That dryer is a solidly built TOL workhorse as well. Nice find!

Grocery shortages.
I went to Lunds and Byerlys last Friday and they were well stocked save for a couple flavors of one brand of yogurt. Attached are some photos of what that same store looked like in April of 2020. Also some from Costco at the same time

John:
I know the series after this had the Easy Loader Door as Sears called it on the dryer and the washer had the 21 gallon tub. Would this still be a 26 gallon machine?
