    Tide Acti-lift Laundry Detergent.

We had that kind of advertisement too here in Germany. There was one spot on TV about the detergent "Dash". But if someone would look closer one would see that the showed bottle is completely unlike German detergent bottles. It is more like a American one. I thought it was a Amercian spot for...

Hey there, there is already a discussion about the crystals in Thread 32134. Just go browsing it, if you are interested in some opinions about that product.

Am I the only one who still wash whites on 95°C?

It is correct that enzymes die when the temperature is higher than 60° but the bleach is still active and that is the point and also the reason why you only want to wash whites at high temperatures.

    Seen At Walmart Today

Oh so Henkel tries to crystallize the United States now. Funny :-) We also have the Vernel Crystals in Germany. Many people say that they are disappointed with them as you have to use a lot of crystals to get a nice fragrance and they are VERY expensive. So I hold the same opinion as...

How to freshen a FL Washer?

I also do not close the detergent drawer completely but leave it a bit open.

Am I the only one who still wash whites on 95°C?

It is quite a time that I did my whites on "boilwash" but I frequently wash them on 70°-80°C I might do a boilwash next time because of this thread. I am stll a fan of high temperature washes and I hate people washing their underwear, pajamas, stained kitchen towles, beddings, bathtowles on...

    Italian Dixan

I have the "small&mighty" Version of the Dixan with eucalyptus oil. Its fragrance is really fresh but you can't smell the eucalyptus directly. I like that.

USA Source For German Laundry and Other Products

I just wanted to mention that the "Ariel Mountain Spring" and "Ariel Complete Color&Style" from the link that Launderess posted is NO German product. That kind of Ariel ist sold for example in the Czech Republic or in Turkey. The Vernel softener from gowest84's link is absolute old and might...

    Programmes you are always using

Well, I use it for left-overs. It is quite okay. For everyone who is interested in pics or vids, just visit my youtube account "NavitronicLaundryLab". I have to take some new pictures of the machine to post here, as I already deleted the older ones.

    Italian Dixan

The scent of classico was not so interesting, as it smells like German Persil powder. So I grabbed those other two detergent. I also have the Dash liquid detergent with aloe vera and natural soap and I really love the Perlana with camomille and lavender. I wish we would have it here in Germany...

    Italian Dixan

    Italian Dixan

It is actually from Henkel (same as German Persil) but the composition of the detergent can differ a lot, thats why I am asking.

    Programmes you are always using

additional rinse I am sorry, I should have written that I use the "seperate rinse" sometimes when I think the laundry got not rinsed well at the end of the cycle. I know that you can't choose an additional rinse when using Automatic Plus. Yes I do have a Miele Supertronic and am very pleased...

I need an opinion from Italien members. I recently bought some Italian Dixan (Cenere attiva and Lavanda) and I want to know if it cleans as well as German Persil and keeps whites really white? Thanks in advance.

    Candy Washer Exploded During Spin!

Oh, so in Sweden there is e recall but in Germany, where the whole thing has been discoverd, nothing happens? Excuse me but this is poor. Shame on all stores that do continue to sell those machines and on Hoover-Candy!

    Candy Washer Exploded During Spin!

See the pics of the prison washer here. I really hope that leads to a discussion about cheap washers and about their safety. I am pretty sure if Candy-Hoover does not react (and they do not react at the moment) that German consumer reports is informing the media. At the latest when they publish...
