just been to the Indesit website and theve updated the range, looks like theve scraped the prime range and replaced it with the Innex range, nice update too, i think they look much better...

the hotpoint site is horrible and often doesnt show any machines when i visit, AFAIK the current range will be around for at least another 3 years before they start a new range.

vestel never made a beko appliance, they are all made by arcelik in turkey. it is well known on here that i dont think to highly of beko as ive been out to fix the same beko appliance 4 times in the last year. i will say however they do look better than the current vestel made machines under all...

i gotta say i do like those samsungs... hope you get many good years out of it :-)

its been on twice today once with a heavy load of towels and it is still working fine but the noise of the motor is begining to get annoying. im sure a miele would cope better with our washing requirments but i would never spend that rediculous amount of money on a washing machine, when it is...

all i know is ive never seen a drum sink on a washing machine at least not one thats not even two years old yet!!! id rather buy a new machine than only get 1 more year out of it cos were a big family and have a lot of washing it dosnt get overloaded but it is used a lot nearly 3 times a day

it definatly looks to me that the drum has dropped a little if it has would it be worth fixing considering the motor is on the way out also or just buy a new machine, also if the drum has indeed sunk will it sink more and become potentially dangerous to the machine/surroundings? cheers luke.

hi all, is it my imagination or does it seem like the drum in our Hotpoint WML540 has sunk slightly, i dont remember it being dipped as much as it looks now, please see the two photos below and tell me what you guys think also i think the motor bearings and/or armature is/are beinging to fail :(

its not a sock... i sounds like a braclet or necklace by the noise of it... i also thing it may be caught around the element or underside of thr fins... i will remove the sump during the week and see but i doubt it can be saved i reckon sad as i am to say it, it may be time to wave bye bye to...
