The seller contacted me about seeing the machine in person and then I just noticed that someone bid on it. Don't really want to spend $100 plus on the machine. I guess there's someone local who is crazier than I am. Oh, well. Maybe I'll change my mind and pop in a bid. Maybe not. Ron

The Whirlpool Imperial Mark XII pictured in the movie is the exact same machine that my parents bought in 1963. It replaced our 1957 Norge timeline. Ron

I have a vintage 1950s era Mixmaster that presently run only at one speed. Is there an adjustment to fix this so that it slows down and speeds up as it should? Ron

Would love to help out in rescuing this machine, but having become recently single, I don't have any help in loading and unloading the machine, nor do I really have the storage space.    Sorry, guys.  Hopefully, this machine won't end up in the landfill or scrap yard.   Ron
