Have washed two loads now.  After a party last night, did a Bobload and was very successful in cleaning and drying.  Should have made this choice instead of the LG that was horrible only 6 months ago in my new home.

You can try to turn it by hitting your hammer back and forth instead of one direction to see if it will loosen.  hence, tighten and loosen will work most of the time.
