Tks Appnut Looks like I could be searching for one of these,possibly with no luck.I knew that Whirlpool had changed the cycles a few years ago, as you mentioned, but I did not realize they had eliminated them recently, making a purchase for a new washer more challenging. Tks

Mark I looked online and I did not see a jeans or bulky cycles or rinse&spin, on the newer models,however there is one for towels, I'm guessing only that maybe it uses more water?

@jetcone My current duet was made in Germany, and it is going to be sold with the house. So when I looked at the newer ones, they are manufactured in the US, so I'm assuming that these newer machines will have the same standards, as I don't of anyone who has a new HE machine to compare. Tks

Is it possible with these machines using less water would it help the plaintiff argue their case? Or do the newer machines just clean and rinse better with lower water? My Duet is an older model, that uses more water, so I've been told, I have no issues with mold, etc, so is it a result of...

With winter returning this year with a vengeance does anyone have difficulty with rinsing in winter with cold water with towels? I'm finding sometimes even the warm water rinse won't cut it this winter, not always, just on occasion and I've been careful with dosage, I use the Persil universal...

Gain Detergent was used by a friend of mine, who loved the scent, but did not find it cleaned the children's clothes as well as another leading brand.

Yes, may have better luck with finding twin tub or portable auto than a wringer,and it may be a choice one may have to make with the way the new machines are being made.

Saw it done on you tube with a new LG front loader, they used a y connector on the hot faucet and one on the cold water inlet valve on the machine joined with another washer hose, very tricky but it worked.What I don't understand is why they keep trying to change this hot water usage, the more...

These Plugs are they the same in the new front loaders where hot water is being restricted? I may have to purchase a new front loader sooner or later, would be good to know. Tks
