I see no reason you can't use your automatic dishwaser detergent. I have honestly never heard of someone not rinsing the soap off dishes before. Can't you taste soap in your food and drinks??

It is one of my favorite things at Christmas. Now if I could only get a real vintage aluminum tree...

Sarah, I don't think you are going to get a one step solution to remove all of your stains. A small amount of effort on your part is going to be needed to get the results you want. I agree with the others; Wisk with a dash of STPP (not TSP), Shout and hot water have always produced good results...

It's actually STPP... Lisa, are you originally from MI? I was curious since you used y'all in a sentence. Being from Tennessee and now living in Kentucky, I have always caught heck for using that word in Michigan.
