Taking a Count of Who Wants Frigidaire 3-Ring Agitator Parts and possibly Norge Boot

Booty-licious! The solid tub outer tub Norge boots are done! I'll water test it tomorrow but it fits like a glove! I had one good original boot for a master that wasn't perfect but all the sealing surfaces on the inside of the boot were in fine condition to make a mold out of. Don't tell...

Taking a Count of Who Wants Frigidaire 3-Ring Agitator Parts and possibly Norge Boot

One other thing I want to mention is I was having a bit of problem making the mold for the 1961-1962 cap. The first time it failed, the 2nd time it came out pretty well except there is a minor imperfection along the side of the cap which isn't very noticeable but I strive for as perfect as...

I'm not ready to start shipping parts but yet I want to take a general count of how much I need to make in advance. I'm going to offer these parts again like the last time at $75 a piece. The choices are: 1958-1962 Yellow Lint Chaser Rings 1958-1962 Coral Pink Circulator Rings 1958 Detergent...

My Summer of Vintage Washer Rubber Reproduction

Is it possible to make bigger parts such as front loader door seals with this process ? Yes as long is it fits into the pressure pot. One thing to keep in mind a mold the size of a front loading door boot will probably cost at minimum $700 to make and unfortunately molds fail occasionally and...

Artificial Intelligence sure does love front loader style doors. This image reminds of newspaper advertisements for Sears in the 1960s showing a Kenmore washer with swirling water.

Hi John, wow the turquoise on turquoise looks so beautiful, especially on the black Roto-Swirl agitator. I'm surprised the designers at Kenmore didn't think to do this!!! Glad you got the scrubber caps safe and sound! I'm working now on perfecting the gold color for the 1965-1968 gold colored...

Are you going to be making any of the Scrubber caps in that Kenmore "Circus Peanut" orange? Oh yes I always referred to that color simply as "harvest gold" as that is what I would guess they were trying to create. I ordered some brown and orange pigment to help make that color. I'm thinking...

Glad you like it Paul, gotta' love these brand new parts!!! I love mine and that filter pan is held down properly even with my 1150rpm spin on my souped-up '58 GE. Thanks, Melvin and Christopher I sent you both emails and will keep you posted when I have those parts ready. These parts need to be molded under pressure and then heat cured at 160F for 12 hours in a food dehydrator so they some time to make, but I'll get started on them ASAP.
