I would do it sooner rather than later as, if the bearings break up they will damage other parts of the machine. The 2 ball bearings will be available from any bearing shop so I would get them first then strip it and check if the rest can be re-used.

Do you know what the seal looks like? One option would be to strip it and take the old seal to a bearing shop and see if they have the right size.
