ge there is a seperate electric pump for the recirculation system but the smart dispense just uses the water pressure from the water line to draw detergent/softener up through the tube, interesting, there is a tank flush that the machine can do, ge says it's only needed if you switch detergents...

ge mike, i agree with you, my partner and i discussed it the other nite and agreed that we really won't miss it, but at least if we move the option is there but i wont miss it, if you wan to get wrinkles out just put a damp cloth in with the clothes.
