@aussie-plugs Hi Nick, Yeah these Simpson dryers are harder to find than their counterpart washing machines. Strange though as I’d imagine they last longer than the washers… it’s huge inside as you are aware!

@Laundress Yes! Absolutely impossible to find. I doubt there’s a single surviving machine with an Astor badge here but I won’t give up! Thanks for the Simpson tip off on hi bids. I won it. Do vintage machines pop up much on there?

@unimatic1140 Woweee what a compare! That’s blatant 😂 I’m sure Apex machines are easier to come by than an Astor Automatic in Australia. Maybe I should ship over an Apex instead!
