The temperature does decline fairly quickly. There is no way to maintain the temperature such that it's a consistent 158F for 10 to 15 minutes. Maybe 4 or 5 minutes at best. You would need a Miele or Asko washer to maintain a consistent temperature for the sanitization parameters you need to...
