I loved those units. Most blew the air through the cold coils rather than draw the air through them like most other brands did.

Sunny yellow was my favorite Maytag color but you don't see nearly as many of those as you do turquoise and pink.

The solid tub GEs did not have a spray rinse. They all had the suds kill pause during the first spin. The trany problem was what we had with our old 59 GE. The tub rotated clockwise during wash causing the activator to agitate mostly clockwise as in your pre-restored video. Great job and I'm...

That is a 56 filter-flo, the very first one. Looks like the rubber gaskit is missing from the activator that holds the filter pan in place but there must be one of those around in the club somewhere.
