    TR9XW80889 - Pretty good

Bedding does allow extra dry IIRC.

The finaly launched it in Germany - Haier 1:1 reverse tumbling

I am thinking about ditching my V6000 pair aswell. The washer is just amazing - maybe not as capable as others if filled to capacity, but with adequate loading it's a stellar performer. Given what I'm thinking about replacing it with that would be my biggest fear, loosing the washing...

Mìele G7310 Dishwasher - It just doesn't wash well

Decided to just let it fill once really quick - the water level should at no point be significantly higher than this on any of the normal cycles. Just barely not covering all of the machine floor. This was on the Normal 60C cycle which later became renamed to PowerWash. Sensor, Eco, Intensive...

Mìele G7310 Dishwasher - It just doesn't wash well

I have a G7100 SCi and while it isn't as good as a performer as others I've used, I don't have these issues and never had. The pattern you described sounds like a Miele issue that's pretty known, but I can't say for sure of course. The usage shouldn't be that high. Even if the Auto cycle runs...

Samsung 18/11kg Heat Pump washer dryer UK model!

The height requirement is on every washer - some just work around it by having the loop up in the cabinet. Any washer with a drain hose exit at the bottom requires the minimum height. Again pros and cons: Should the drain hose ever get damaged, it's usually easier the more drain hose is outside...

Samsung 18/11kg Heat Pump washer dryer UK model!

3500€ is obscene, don't get me wrong. A TOL Samsung washer isn't even 1000€, same for the TOL dryer. You'd spend about 1000-1200€ for LGs US sized machines aswell. So you definitely pay a premium for it. But, there is just nothing like it. There are straight up people who do benefit from that...

Samsung 18/11kg Heat Pump washer dryer UK model!

I don't think the W4XXX from Miele were ever sold here. BSH and Whirlpool used to sell their US sized machines here, so did Samsung. And LG pretty consistently had theirs on offer for well over a decade. Sales numbers will be and always were rather small, but we basically had someone selling...

    TR9XW80889 - Pretty good

A few examples This is that 58 T-Shirt load. Actually took a bit longer than estimated, but dried perfectly - except for creasing, which at that size of a load is to be expected. There, power started out at about 250W and slowly crept to a max of 400W as the temp in the dryer got higher. The...

    TR9XW80889 - Pretty good

The Cycles I saved the "Towels" cycle to the "Home" postion on the dial. The "Eco" cycle sense beautifully - laundry really is just about dry and it really takes no longer than 3h with loads spun at 1600rpm. And I haven't used Cottons Speed so far as it isn't outrageously slow on Eco either.

    TR9XW80889 - Pretty good

At my partners place, we used to have a (pretty old) AEG T59800. It's pretty damn good as dryer - just old, noisy and not that efficient anymore. It's still running, but I shuffled some money around and bought something new. The T59800 is going to a friend of ours. So, a few weeks ago, we had...

Samsung 18/11kg Heat Pump washer dryer UK model!

The EU version has recently launched, yes, and honestly? It doesn't look terrible? It's inverter heat pump, it has a bigger drum than any stand alone household dryer on the market. It's efficient - comparable to stand alone heat pump dryers. It's not even THAT slow - 6h to dry 11kg on Eco mode...

8 Reasons Using Liquid Detergent Is Better

Logixx Really now? I always thought some component in the bleaching system in laundry detergents was incompatible with the enzymes in the detergent. That's the way TwinDos is set up at least - the one major difference between 1 and 2 there is one contains enzymes and one dosen't.

Adjustable water upgrade for Electrolux ELFW7437AW Washer 2024

Solid soil As with rinsing, more water per fill isn't the all giving solution. Heavy, solid soil like dust and mud - like rinsing - is about overall dilution. That's why you run a prewash on these items. Or make your own. The so hated fast cycles (18min wash on yours), cold or at most warm...

So he bought one of those - Freeze-drying

Looks like it, right? There was - or is - a paper online on vacuum drying clothes. Turned out to be more efficient than normal dryers - but not as efficient as heat pump dryers even back then.

So he bought one of those - Freeze-drying

So, that guy bought one of those. Was always curious - would be great for soups, stocks, sauces and herbs. But 3000$ really makes it not worth it...

i just bought a new flagship Siemens dishwasher (SN27YI82DT) and I have many questions.

Honestly don't know if Auto adapts spray pressure. You certainly hear a difference between Eco, Auto and Intensive for example - same if you select VarioSpeed for a cycle. Eco dosen't use the lowest spray pressure though, that's the silence cycle. It's honestly pretty hard to tell what is being...

i just bought a new flagship Siemens dishwasher (SN27YI82DT) and I have many questions.

Logixx There is a heat shield near the Zeolite container, yes. Further, yes, there were designs that had Zeolite issues. Those were the ones with a glass encased heater. Since the System Master Module has been introduced, I think all switched back to the flat heater. The same heater had been...

i just bought a new flagship Siemens dishwasher (SN27YI82DT) and I have many questions.

    1. Really depends on your situation. My mum has a MOL Zeolith DW from Siemens, a good family friend has the same model and good friends of mine also bought a similar model. None of them are appliance interested, but all like it. 2. The technology is the exact same - a Siemens pump is from the...

    LG Dryer DLEX4200B

ELux has switched some of its EU and US models from conductivity sensing over to capacitive sensing. You know those capacitive touch buttons on many appliances? Basically that, just adapted for moisture sensing. We just bought a new AEG dryer for my boyfriends place and it has NO metal sensor...

New Speed Queen - extending wash cycle

I do think you can just stop/abort the cycle in the main wash and restart it. Very manual, but should work.
