Really, why the effort to "hot rod" a toggle-switch GE dryer and such a low-line model with a Maytag cabinet that's still going to be one that only the original controls will still work with? Keep the dryer that's with those controls, it's the only thing equivalent to "street legal" as opposed...

Is it or is there a or the vintage washer/dryer/laundry equipment page there similar to this one? Have to somewhat agree with the above that maybe it's not worth worrying about access to it, but there must be some way to take it up with someone in charge of the social network site in general...

well if there is such an energy crisis using the heating element to dry in your dishwasher and you notice a decrease in your electric bill just from that disuse of that one feature, not to mention the level of safety on a par with self-cleaning ovens, then use the non-heated dry if you have it...

Well maybe the question is: “Does anybody use the non-heat dry or air-dry?”… My Samsung heats and only heats, even propping open its door during what’s probably the last ten minutes and some items are even still damp and wet… I believe the Maytag I had before didn’t even offer a No-Heat...

The Orbital Spray looks pretty convincingly WCi-ish enough that I wonder why Frigidaire/GM didn't come up with it sooner...   The idea that it doesn't work as well or last as long as promised, seems to be that type of trademark, too...       -- Dave
