MW fridges were built by
Seeger refrigerator company, same as a Coldspot same rotary compressor, I have a very similar one that has the Seeger stamp on the condenser.

Day and night winter and summer...UNLESS im going to bake or cook a big meal, then i turn it down to sixty the night before, I hate loathe and despise hot or even slightly warm weather.
Great range
These were every bit the equal of the higher priced ranges, great even heating ovens, this big H style was my favorite early 1960s .Hardwick was a old well established company in Cleveland Tennessee as time passed they got cheaper as did Brown.
Im passing mine
On to a fine young man who is a decent honorable person,Most of what I have was given to me, so ive decided to go ahead and give probably 75 percent of what i have to him, Im not physically able to deal with it any more,
Kevin
One of the nicest guys you will ever meet, He and I cooked for Johns wash in in 2016 look up his video Wash in cook in, If he cooks it you can bet its good.
Ok my opinion...
I wouldnt have a direct drive or a Maytag, ive owned 6 Maytags the first being a brand new 1984 model Mother bought, after about a year She handed me her checkbook one day and said Go get us a washer that i dont have to babysit, I have tried to like them, ive had 5...
The reason
So many of these failed is whoever thought putting a pump on top of the motor was a good idea was nuts!! Great washers but if that pump seal goes bad it usually kills the motor..
Vesta
Was what southerners refer to as a off brand, meaning it was made by a very small company, most were sold to house trailer manufacturers, that being said They were actually a pretty good range, made in Athens Tennessee.
John is right
About the dryer, small, slow and if you have any mobility issues the lint filter is impossible , like all Maytag products they were built well,
The only thing
They dont do better is sand disposal, they wash better because the action does not bleed out thru the holes, they use less water and as a rule they spin out more water.
I will say this
In my opinion, the very best dishwashers ever made were the one wash arm Kitchen Aids with only one wash arm the 50 plus gallons a minute that pump circulated would blast off absolutely anything, a KDS 17 is pure perfection, and NOTHING dries dishes as well, total water usage...
