3rd time reassembling To no avail. I'm hoping my video can help someone pinpoint this issue down.

Taking the cabinet off. I will do this and report back. Should the tub oscillate this much with new snubber pads/ suspension pads?

I’ve had it fully taken apart now two times and everything looks good and is in place. I have worked on enough of these to have confidence in my repairs. I don’t understand why replacing the snubber pads always make the tub oscillate at least in my experience. Perhaps I could live with that but...

I think all is good now Adjusted the new capacitor alignment on the motor and now the red wire has more slack and is secured. Machine seems to be working fine for now.

I am currently awaiting the new capacitor. Other than unplugging the machine, are there any precautions I need to take before installing this?

Capacitor John, I got it to work again by unplugging the two red wires from the capacitor and plugging them back into the terminals. I also slightly rotated the capacitor. Afterwards it worked but the machine slightly hesitated at start. I just found it odd that before during agitation it...

My concern is the internal wiring in the machine may be going bad. I'm not sure. The motor is brand new so it can't be that. I'm sure it's the capacitor. I guess these can slowly go bad over time? I just love this machine and will do anything to save it, except rewire it myself. 

So I read if the capacitor is going bad it can make the motor work twice as hard. Is this true?

It does. I verified its the capacitor.

New old style coupler Got the older style round coupler on both the motor & gearcase shaft. Its definitely a lot tighter on the motor shaft. Tested things out in on a dry agitate / spin, no weird or unusual noises. I think I'll stick this machine back in use tomorrow and really test her out...

I will definitely be replacing the metal insert coupler on my other machines with the plastic one.  I also smelled what appeared to be a burning rubber smell on the KA machine after agitation/spin. I still think this motor is probably shot.
