The way I look at it you wouldn't expect to wash dishes in cold water. They may look clean but you just know they will be crawling in bacteria. Only thing I will wash in cold water are my blue jeans as the colour runs like mad from them but they go in the dryer on high heat

I won't even attempt a bob load in my machine. It barely cleans with half a load in and I've tried every powder and tablet going. It's been like this since the day I bought it. Will never buy another beko dishwasher again.

It's not a new idea Ariston had a washer dryer in the 80s and the dryer part was vented. I had one. Not sure you could fix a flex pipe on it but it did have a filter on the back of the machine to catch the fluff

Hi. Really sorry to hear you've had a bad experience with your beko. I think at the end of the day it's what features you need in a machine. Where as the hotpoint had a lot of features I wouldn't use that often the beko fits my needs. I tend to do quick hot washes which the beko is ideal for me...
