another thing is what color the flame is. It should be a nice blue, as seen in the picture above. If there is yellow, orange and reds, this is another indication that you have a dangerous situation. Flames getting sucked into the heat duct are burning too hot, and will cook your clothes, not...

    Time Capsule House For Sale

Sudsy "I'm a little surprised at all that natural wood cabinetry in the kitchen and dining room. I tend to associate that look more with the late 60's and early 70's, so I'm wondering if it's original, or an upgrade. Or maybe the original refinished? " Those are reversed. In the 50s and early...

This sounds like it needs doner machine. I'm seeing them on CL, sometimes free. The top and sides of your current machine easily unscrew and can be put onto the body of a working machine. It might be easier, though less fun, I know. Best of luck. :)

    POD -GE Dishwasher 11-11-2013

I appreciate the effort you made to explain the actions of a typical DW, TommyTurbo, and I agree with you. My issue is NOT with the appliance, which was no doubt a winner. My issue is with the advertising campaign. What is upsetting is the perverting of the word SAVES. Simply NOT spending...

Dryer Flame Flame doesn't sound right. It should be staying in the flame housing, where the metal is thicker and can handle the direct, concentrated heat from combustion. It sounds like your dryer may be set up for Propane and your using Natural Gas, or vice versa. One is a higher pressure...

    Kenmore washer and dryer.....FREE!

The rare KM with wood grain on panel. They look 1982ish, given that the model number tag is on the front. This washer is also magical because its had an amputation. Having only three legs, I'm sure that doesn't affect the function, AT ALL, especially when starting to spin. Its nothing a slim...

John Eich, John Fev, and Jon Char & Other Pros: Need Combo Expertise on GE's 66 Version

225? Dang, this is cool machine, but, yeah, you'd expect a bit more. It would have really cut the dry time. but... then, the motor would have needed to be larger, and the bearings.... What was that about a naked black hole and the close-up of a fill port? I'm intrigued. I'm just as...

    My New Range is HERE!

Sharp ! ...and it has outlets. I wonder when they officially dropped that feature. I suppose it was cost saving thing. I like the ones with outlets. It makes the unit more user friendly. Good luck with this. It doesn't look like it will need much work. Can we see a picture of the oven?
