Get the siemens, it will pay off for its self in the long run, siemens will be a better quality in build and durability, i've realized, not because a washing machine has more features it does not mean its better.

get her a LG, MIELE OR Speed queen front loader, they are expensive yes, but it will be worth the money in the long run

LG 11KG is not the worst its actually the best out of the lower capacity LG models, i haven't had a balancing issue yet with these machine as i did do my research before buying where some people had issues with balancing but i still proceed to buy and i have no regrets whats so ever best machine...
